We want to provide each patient the convenience of having basic billing questions (e.g., account balance, when and to whom account was billed, payments received, etc.) answered either by a patient account representative or our 24-hour/7-days-per-week electronic phone service.
Our Business Office is open to take calls from 8:00am to 4:30pm Central Time. Our Electronic Phone Service can answer basic patient billing concerns 24 hours/7 days a week.
